WEB MAIL USERS -  VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you use Web Mail, you will now enter your email address in the User Name field when logging on to web mail.

YOU CAN NO LONGER ACCESS YOUR OLD WEBMAIL FROM OUR OLD SERVER, BUT WE DO HAVE WEBMAIL ON OUR NEW SERVER.  If you have not retrieved your old webmail, it's too late now.

*******************************************************************

Since we will be changing servers, we cannot transfer your webmail to our new server.  You must download your web mail to your computer using a client based email program such as Outlook Express or Windows Mail or it will be lost when we change to our new server.  If you are using the Web Mail Address Book, you should export that to your computer and save it so that you can reference it later.  If you export and save your address book, it will be a file that can be opened with Microsoft Excell, a ".csv" file.  The new email server's address book has a different format from the one currently in use, so you cannot import your address book.  You should print a copy of your important contacts so that you can add them into the new server's address book.   Our new server supports web mail and client based email (Outlook Express, Windows Mail, etc).  For more information on how to move your web mail to your computer, click here.

If you have questions or need assistance, please call RiverNet at 435-7739 M-F 9:00-5:00.

Thank you for using RiverNet.
