Bill's a super bass player, laying down a rock solid bass line with extremely tasteful licks thrown in at the appropriate moments.  He and Mike have been playing in bands together since the late 70's, when they were both members of "Visions", a Richmond based band.  Bill holds two distinctions in the band.  He's the oldest, and the best band party ever was thrown in his honor.  

Bill, known to the band as "Heimie", is the father of Colin and Andrew, his 2 boys.  Besides playing music and being dad, Bill enjoys reading the "Wall Street Journal" and closing business deals.  Bill is also a founding father of the Circuit Breakers.  Mike, Bill and Madison got together one Saturday in April, 1984, in the basement of Bill's house on Hanover Avenue, and the rest is history.  Bill also plays with Mike in The Sequels.
