Crew Quarters Construction
The Mid-County station is a work that has been in progress for about 10 years. In an approach typical of EMS types, we delayed our personal comfort to the last phase of construction. Our crew quarters are tucked away in the attic. Now that the quarters are complete (as of December 2003), we have a comfortable and spacious lounge, men's and women's lavatories and showers, and a quiet bunk room with sleeping capacity for 6.

The building committee hashed out the floor plan for months. Click here to see where they ended up. The rendering isn't to scale, but you'll get the idea.
