I - Nancy called meeting to order.

II - Secretary's Report

Minutes posted. Dave made a motion to accept the minutes and Herb seconded the motion. They were adopted.

III - Treasurer's Report

Ed G . made a motion and Alice seconded to accept the report. All approved.

IV - Captain's Report

  1. 32 calls for November, 32 calls for the year. The report doesn't reflect special services for November, nor any calls run on Nov. 30th. These items will be added to Dec. report.
  2. Airbags-Nancy put a copy of a Washington Post article in everybody's mailbox. The article addresses the very real hazards of airbags. Please read it thoroughly.

V - Vice-President's Report

  • None.

VI - 1st Lieutenant's Report

  • None.

VII - 2nd Lieutenant's Report

  • Please don't lose or throw away Glucometer calibration stripss.

VIII - Vehicle Officer's Report

  • Generator has been fixed on #46. Ping tanks have been installed on #46 to assist the air ride suspension. Hope to get new lights on #48 soon.

IX - Auxiliary's Report

  1. $732.00 was taken in for Bake Sale held on 11-22-03.
  2. 12-5-03 will be the last Bingo until 3-2004.
  3. Photo fundraising drive is coming along well.

X - Building Committee Report

  • None.

XI - President's Report

  1. We received a letter from Dr. Paul Sutherland requesting non-voting associate or administrative membership with our squad. We are adding a position to our Board of Directors for the squad's Operational Medical Director. This position does not have any requirements for attendance or participation, but will give you the opportunity to address any situation with either the board members and/or the general membership. Ed G. made a motion to accept Dr. Sutherland's request. Angela seconded the motion. All agreed.
  2. Christmas Party to be held 12-13-03. 5:00pm-until at the building.

XII - Old Business

  • None.

XIII - New Business

  1. Garfield made a motion to pay $10,000.00 against the loan at the Bank of North'd. Herb seconded the motion.
  2. Craig Rice is teaching a shock-trauma to cardiac-tech class on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Continuing education credits are available.
  3. Election of officers yielded the following results:

  • None.

XV - Junior Squad

  • Beverly is recruiting new members. Age requirements are 12-17.
