Dec. 1, 2004 - General Business Meeting - Wednesday night 7:30 pm.
I - Nancy called meeting to order.
II - Secretary's Report
Minutes posted. Dan T. made a motion to accept the minutes and Dave seconded the motion. They were adopted.
III - Treasurer's Report
Dave made a motion and Debra seconded it to accept the report. All approved.
IV - Captain's Report
  • November run report is incomplete because Captain left town before Nov. was over. 19 calls by Nov. 27 th .
  • All need to attend Northumberland Board of Supervisors public hearing on Dec.9, at 4:30pm at the new courthouse. The county’s 3 rescue squads will participate in this hearing to present our need for assistance with squad recruitment and retention .
  • Clean-up detail Dec 4, at 10:00am. Set-up for Christmas party Dec 10 at 5:00pm. Please come out to help us get the station ready for the party .

VI - 1st Lieutenant's Report
  • Wait for spring to install ice cleats.
VII - 2nd Lieutenant's Report
  • Dave attended the EMS symposium and found it very interesting .
VIII - Vehicle Officer's Report
  • Everything working fine.
IX - Auxiliary's Report
  • Bake Sale on Nov. 20 was very successful. Took in $670.00. Will have last Bingo on Dec. 3 until March 2005.
X - Building Committee Report
  • None.
XI - President's Report
  • Don’t forget clean-up detail on Dec. 4 at 10:00am.

  • Every squad member should attend the Board of Supervisors meeting on Dec 9 at 4:30pm at the courthouse.
  • Vote on Janice Kauffman and Dominic (Nick) Wilson in Jan. as probationary members.
