I – President    

            1. Called meeting to order.

 

II - Secretary’s Report –   

1.      Min was posted Devine corrected spelling.

2.       Larry made a motion to accept                           

3.      Jeanne seconds the motion. Minutes were accepted.

 

II-A - Treasurer’s Report – A copy is attached.   

1.      Novembers treasury report was given

2.      Larry made a motion to accept herb second it.

3.      January treasury report given and copies were attached

4.      Larry made a motion to accept

5.      Paul second it

6.      it was accepted by all

 

III – Captain’s Report –   

1.      unit 48 needs to be inspected by the end of February

2.      had 27 calls for January

 

IV - Vice-President’s Report –   None

 

V - 1st Lieutenant’s Report – 

            1. Callao planning a mass casualty drill later this month

            2. A county wide drill this spring

 

 

VI - 2nd Lieutenant’s Report –   

1.      Pass out forms to update information.

2.      Jeff will have CPR class on 2/17/07

3.      Devine will call members when to come to CPR class.

 

 

VII - Vehicle Officer’s Report –     

1.      vehicles are running

2.      Discussing about removal of third seat of Rescue Command 4.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

VIII – Training Committee Report –   

            1. Jeff will have CPR class 2/17/07

 

IX - Building Committee Report – 

            1. None

 

X - President’s Report –

            1. Dan will be out of town from Feb. 17-27 of 07

            2. Nancy Wagner is asking for 6 months leave of absence.

            3. Need contract for generator.

            4. Need contract for overhead door.

 

 XI - Old Business –

            1. Use vest with vehicle accidents for safety purposes and use helmets. 

 

XII - New Business -  

1.      Paul made a motion to purchased 8 more safety vests for units

2.      Herbs second it.

3.      RMC gave an estimate of $2600.00 in reference to water tank.

4.      applications have been read for Lisa Roberts and Katie Webb

5.      Put a pan under ice machine.

 

XIII - Auxiliary Report –  

1.      Bingo starts back March 2, 2007

2.      Turkey dinner March 25, 2007

 

XIV - Cadet Report –   

            1. None.
