I - Called meeting to order.
II - Secretary's Report

  • Min were posted Ed made a motion to accept Devin seconded the motion. Minutes were accepted.

III - Treasurer's Report
  • Donations were up for the month of Dec spending was decreased.
  • YTD 198,000 cash roll over to cd into 5% Interest donations $3200.00 amb.
  • $7200.00 state donation.
  • Memorials 70.00 fund drive $325.00
  • Misc. 3770.00.
  • Rebekah made a motion to accept and Herb second it
  • Novembers treasurer's report will be put up for approval at the February 2007 meeting.
IV - Captain's Report
  • Alzheimer’s class Jan 11-12 time 8-5 in Kilmarnock 2 day class.
  • Temp inspection on 48 will be inspected between Jan-Feb need to keep clean.

V - Vice-President's Report

  • None
VI - 1st Lieutenant's Report
  • Crew members needs to be aware of surroundings and other crew members for Safety. You never know what is going to happen Be Safe!
VII - 2nd Lieutenant's Report
  • IV and pharmacy locked up now.
  • Detail and attention on what we use off squad when filling sheets at hosp.
  • HeartStart AED on each squad for EMT-B.
  • CPR for everyone; 5 or 6 per class keep ears open for date and time.
VIII - Vehicle Officer's Report
  • RC4 set up and finalized plan in force to take out third seat and mount necessary equipment to get everything organized in case need to use for transport.
  • 48 needs to be run (low mileage).
IX - Training Officer's Report
  • Will set up CPR class and notify everyone of time and date.
X - Building Committee Report
  • None.
XI - President's Report
  • Christmas party went great.
  • Board planning meeting January 20th @ 1500 .
XII - Old Business
  • None.
XIII - New Business
  • Need to find new Captain; Dave selling house.
  • Need to see about getting pepper spray.
  • DeCon wipes for the squads we can get from Galls in case someone gets pepper-sprayed by accident.
XIV - Auxiliary's Report
  • Taking a break until March 2007.
XV - Cadet Report
  • Hope everyone had a great Christmas.
  • Want to do some spring cleaning around building. (good).
