July 5, 2006 - General Business Meeting - Wednesday night 7:30 p.m.

I - Nancy called meeting to order.
II - Secretary's Report
  • Minutes have been posted. Dave made a motion to accept the minutes and Ed G. seconded the motion. They were adopted.
III - Treasurer's Report
  • Larry made a motion to accept the report and Dave seconded it. All approved.
IV - Captain's Report
  • The small AED’s have been reprogrammed.
  • Watch out for the Glucometer codes.

V - Vice-President's Report
  • NONE.
VI - 1st Lieutenant's Report
  • There have been some problems with the handheld radios and it is being worked on.
VII - 2nd Lieutenant's Report
  • NONE.
VIII - Vehicle Officer's Report
  • #46 has gotten a new fuel pump and that has helped with the problems with the generator.
IX - Training Officer's Report
  • Let Devin know if any training is needed or there is any certification that is needed.
X - Building Committee Report
  • NONE.
XI - President's Report
  • We have received a grant from the State for 2 auto pulses (automated CPR devices).
XII - Old Business
  • NONE.
XIII - New Business
  • Need an exterminator to come in and spray for bugs. All have agreed.
  • On August 19, 2006 the Picnic will be held at 1 PM, at the Mallard Bay Pool Area. Bring a covered dish, meats and drinks will be furnished.
  • Will vote on Pam, Linda and Judy as regular members at the next meeting in August.
XIV - Auxiliary's Report
  • Bingo will be held the 1 st Friday of the month and will be held in the training room for the summer.
XV - Cadet Report
  • Anyone with other ideas or who would like to participate should see Brad.
