I - Paul called meeting to order.

II - Secretary's Report

Minutes posted. Cindi made a motion to accept the minutes and Alice seconded the motion. All approved the minutes.

III - Treasurer's Report

A copy is attached. Garfield made a motion to accept the Treasurer's Report and Ed G. seconded the motion. All approved the report.

IV - Captain's Report

  1. 18 calls for April. 138 calls for the year.

  2. Rebekah donated a new flag in memory of her father, Warren Hinton.

  3. Standby for Women's Club Craft Fair May 10 and standby for Strawberry Festival May 24, 2003. Please sign up on sheet.

  4. Marquette AEDs no longer on board. If you need reorientation to the Life Pak 12s, see Cindi after the meeting.

  5. CPR Recert Sat. May 31, 2003, 12pm. At Mid-Co.  465, 447, 451, and 458.

  6. Training and Certification: List posted in the lobby of number of hours required to recertify and certification expiration dates for each member. Can get details on line.

VIII - Vehicle Officer's Report

  • Get stripes done and hope new unit will be ready by May 17th or 24th.

IX - Auxiliary's Report

  1. Chicken Dinner May 18th from 12 -3pm. Clean up May 17th 1pm until.

  2. Bake Sale June 21, 2003- Bake Sale on April 12th was very successful.

  3. Bingo June 6, 2003. Last one until fall.

X - Building Committee Report

  •  Carpet is on the way. Will be here the week of May 12-16th.

  • Introduce Nathan Johnson for membership.
