Register Your Food Lion MVP Card to Earn $ for Mid-County
Food Lion has a program called "LionShop & Share." The program is an easy, convenient way to raise money for Mid-County. It works through your Food Lion MVP card.
Once you register your MVP card for Mid-County, each time you shop at Food Lion and use the card, a portion of your total grocery purchase will be donated to the squad. Here's how to register:
1. Dig out your MVP card and keep it handy. You'll need it in a minute.
2. Click here to go to Food Lion's home page.
3. Click on "LionShop & Share" (see the arrow, below).

4. Click on "Register MVP Cards " (arrow, below).

A new window opens so you can select Mid-County for your organization.

5. Click the "Select Organization" button.

Another window opens that lets you find Mid-County.

6. Click in the "Select a State" box. A list opens up.

7. Type the letter V. Click on VA.

8. Click in the "Select City " box. A list opens up.

9. Type the letter H repeatedly until you see HEATHSVILLE in the list.

10. Click on HEATHSVILLE.

11. Click in the "Select Organization " box. A list opens up.

12. Type the letter M until you see MID-COUNTY in the list.

13. Click on MID-COUNTY VOLUNTEER RESCUE SQUAD.

14. When the window looks like the one shown below, click OK:

The "Find Your Organization" window closes.

15. Click the "Add MVP Cards" button.

16. Click the "Add MVP Cards" button. You'll get this window:

17. Click in each box and type the information requested.

When you enter your MVP Card #, be sure to type the two little numbers that appear at the beginning and end of the bar code, so that you enter a total of 12 numbers.

18. When you finish, click the Next button.

You get a summary of the information you just supplied, like this:

19. Click the "Finished" button.

You're done!
