Please read the following documentation carefully and completely!
1. Start Outlook Express
2. Click on Tools -> accounts and be sure the "Mail"
tab is selected
3. Highlight your account and click the "Properties"
button
4. Click the "Server" tab
5. Click to put a check in the checkbox labeled "My
server requires authentication"
6. Click Apply
7. Click OK
8. Click Close
